In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”) and its Regulations, we hereby inform you that Pérez Cota Consultores S.C., hereinafter Stratance x Pérez Cota, with registered address at Avenida Real Acueducto, No. 240, Office 1, as well as its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, will process the personal data that you, as the data subject, provide, in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

 

Our firm is a legally incorporated civil partnership dedicated to providing professional advisory, accounting, tax, financial, corporate, and legal services, as well as auditing services in the aforementioned areas; and the implementation of administrative, accounting, financial planning, tax planning, estate planning, inheritance planning, and corporate planning systems. Therefore, if you are interested in requesting a quote or contracting any of our services, you must provide the necessary information required for such purposes, as well as all personal data and sensitive information needed to fulfill our commercial and tax obligations.

If you contract any of our services, we will require additional information, such as your date and place of birth, marital status, unique population registration number, the name of your company or trade name, legal name or business name, type of entity if it is a legal entity, federal taxpayer identification number, as well as information regarding the documents proving your existence and those of your representatives or authorized agents, the company’s registered address and tax address, and any other information containing technical or financial details that is strictly necessary for entering into contracts.

 

The personal data collected will be processed and protected in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, transparency, data quality, purpose limitation, fairness, proportionality, and accountability, as established by the Law and its Regulations.


  • Transfer of Your Personal Data.

The data covered by this notice will be collected for the company’s exclusive internal use and may not be transferred to any other party without its prior authorization, except in cases where we are required by law to share or transfer it; in such cases, such transfer will be expressly limited to providing only the data specifically set forth in the law and its regulations.


  • Ways to limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data.

We hereby inform you that your personal data will be protected under strict administrative, technical, and physical security measures that have been implemented, in accordance with the Regulation, to protect and safeguard your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. Your personal data will be collected through the website portal, as well as through the use of “cookies” and “web beacons.”

 

Cookies are text files that are automatically downloaded and stored on your computer’s hard drive when you browse a specific website, allowing the web server to remember certain information about your preferences for viewing pages on that server, as well as your username and password.     • A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights;
    • If you request a correction to your personal data, you must also specify the changes to be made and provide documentation supporting your request.
